Make a Complaint
We want everyone to receive a good service from York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority. If you’re unhappy with something we’ve done, or with a service delivered on our behalf by one of our contracted providers, you can make a complaint to governance@yorknorthyorks-ca.gov.ukÂ

What You Can Expect
- We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- We’ll aim to give you a full response within 28 working days.
- If you’re still not satisfied, you can ask for a senior review.
Some complaints may need us to speak to the provider delivering the service so we can understand what went wrong.
