Delegates had the chance to share their thoughts and ideas yesterday at the first York and North Yorkshire Good Work, Health and Skills Forum.
Insights gathered from the forum will feed into the newly published Get York and North Yorkshire Working Plan, a bold 10-year vision which aims to help career progression, create high quality job opportunities and support more people into work.

What’s next?
The next step is to publish a delivery plan for the Get York and North Yorkshire Working Plan, which is due by the end of March 2026.
Two further forums will be announced for 2026 as the plan continues to develop.
